Wayne Barlow Scholarship

Background: Established in 2012, the Wayne Barlow Scholarship Fund provides a financial scholarship to any applicant pursuing a degree in Jazz or Jazz studies. The purpose of this fund is to enhance the musical training and jazz appreciation of musicians in their endeavors.
