Established in 2012, the Wayne Barlow Scholarship Fund provides a financial scholarship to high school seniors and college students pursuing a degree in Jazz or Jazz studies.  The purpose of this fund is to enhance the musical training and jazz appreciation of musicians in their endeavors.
